1. What Is Virtual Personal Training?
Virtual personal training allows you to be able to exercise with me from anywhere in the world by using digital platforms such as zoom, skype, FaceTime, and others. You can train from your home, at work, at the gym, outside, or even in your garage - the location is up to you, and you get to bring me with you. You'll receive all of the same benefits you would receive from seeing a personal trainer in person, such as accountability, and motivation, and since I can see you live, I will be able to ensure that you are performing your exercises with the best form and technique which is the key for safety. Whatever your age, goals, or fitness level, virtual personal training can be a great option for you! 2. Benefits Of Virtual Personal Training
One of the reasons that virtual personal training works so well is that having regular check-ins booked in your calendar forces you to show up and do the work. Accountability is one of the number 1 reasons to hire an online personal trainer. When you're left to your own accord, it's easy to find excuses to get out of exercising, and with no one to be accountable to, it's a slippery slope towards exercise inconsistency. Without consistency, it can be hard for you to reach your goals. Having someone to check in with regularly is an easy way to stay on track. Virtual Personal Training is also much more efficient when it comes to your time. No need to drive to the gym, find parking, get changed, etc. Just make your way home after work, train from home, and be in your kitchen earlier than usual to help get you to your dinner quicker! Not everyone requires a personal trainer to be there in person. You really need to ask yourself what are your main issues and what do you need from your personal trainer so you can get good results. Most of my clients are people who need help because they don't have the knowledge, motivation, and discipline to keep themselves accountable for a long period of time. Which is why most people fail. In this case, I create their customized workout and nutrition program and check on them every single day. So they stay accountable, motivated and see better results in the long term. Most people who work with an in-person personal trainer will undergo 2-4 sessions per week. This leaves around 4 days when they are on their own to make decisions about their food and complete other workouts. There's just too much time between training sessions for bad habits to creep in. A major benefit of working with me as your personal trainer is having daily check-ins that will help you stay on track. I am always available for you. My clients no longer have to be "alone" on their fitness journey because I am accessible every day. Clients tell me, “I’m so tired, I’m so exhausted, I can’t exercise.” But it’s a vicious cycle: If you don’t exercise, you’re going to be more tired. So I make sure that they do it, and within five minutes of starting, they feel better because endorphins are naturally released. It takes a good 30 days to set a pattern. Let me help you say consistent for 30 days, it will change your life. Don’t say, “I’m trying to work the exercise into my schedule,” because it won’t happen. We pick the time for your exercise, and we work your life around the exercise. START NOW!
4. Price-Conscious
Personal training is not a cheap service. Depending on the city you're in, you may be charged anywhere from $45 to $150 per session. This typically equates to around $800 per month or more based on the number of sessions you buy per month. My in-person clients pay $100 per session. Sometimes, some of them decide to transition to my online personal training, either because it's more cost-effective or because they want 24/7 access to me. Traveling and hectic schedules are two things that frequently disrupt in-person training routines. In an online training relationship, there is never a reason why you can't motivate and instruct your clients, no matter where they are or what they have available to them. With the right systems and schedules in place, my online training will solve this problem for good.
